Responsible for establishing a client facing equity derivative sales platform focusing on Delta One and OTC equity derivative structures. Initial buildout included a hedge fund initial margin policy for static and dynamic margining, implementing a dynamic swap system in the US with DMA features, establishing risk limits, working with legal and credit and designing client valuation reports to fit all OTC structures. Product coverage includes OTC options, variance swaps, proprietary indexes (black box, volatility controlled and risk premia factors), single stock swaps, custom baskets, and indexes.Review credit and legal language in ISDA’s and CSA’s and present to credit committee. Cross-sell with Insurance Structuring, IRD, commodities and cross-asset structuring teams to provide solutions for insurance companies covering annuity and regulatory risks.
