Experienced leader with leadership education from the Danish Defence. As a leader, I am adaptable, motivating and empathetic. Used to lead from 5 men to 40 people. Including specialists, as well as management of managers.Throughout my career in the Danish Defence , I have been a project manager for both large and small projects and activities.For 6 years I have working with communication and relationships building, both at home and abroad. At the same time I have acquired a large amount of cultural understanding. I am a trained instructor/trainer, and have been an active instructor/trainer for 13 years. I have trained everything from Danish conscripts to professional soldiers in Uganda. I have also been responsible for the education of 30 instructors/trainers.During 13 years in the Danish Defence, I have acquired a great deal of knowledge about security and safety. As a person, I am calm and thoughtful. I work in a structured way, and like to plan ahead. I care a great deal about things are done right the first time.
