I came to Oak Ridge Baptist Church in 1999. At that time the church was averaging around thirty-five in weekly attendance. I built a leadership team that crafted a new mission and vision for the church and set strategic growth goals. We designed systems and structures to accomplish those goals. Over twenty years later we are averaging over 1,200 in weekly attendance and have seen thousands of lives changed. In 2012, we began the DREAM Church conference teaching church leaders how to implement the principles of a healthy, evangelistically effective church. As of July 2020, we have trained over 4,000 leaders in the U.S. and in seven other countries. My passion is to pass on the leadership skills and wisdom I have learned from so many others.

Regional contact and trainer to assist pastors/churches to implement Purpose Driven systems.

Responsibilities were to provide second and third level technical support for the Global Support Center on all SPARC-based (Sun Microsystems & Fujitsu) commercial computing systems and peripheral components. Support functions included problem resolution for the Solaris Operating system, focusing on complex systems-level problems on large-scale platforms. Additional responsibilities included kernel debugging, software integration, systems performance and tuning analysis, and capacity planning. As the Senior Technical Lead for FTSI, I developed and implemented Training plans and Technical Reviews. I also provided technical evaluation for business-side planning of support infrastructure and capital ventures.

Responsibilities were to provide second and third level technical support for the Global Support Center. Support functions included problem resolution for the Solaris Operating system including all bundled and unbundled software sold and maintained by Amdahl Corporation as a Value Added Reseller for Sun Microsystems.
