As a servant leader with 18 years experience guiding, leading and mentoring persons, my experience and dedication will be an asset to any company. I have trained and developed over 100 operators as a military schoolhouse instructor, and managed and maintained a positive work-center environment as liaison to upper management on behalf of large work-center peers and subordinates. My experience in international and domestic aerial and ground logistics with hazardous and non hazardous planning provides a breadth of experience and qualifications to manage and execute large scale movements. With participation in AFWERX I have reviewed and critiqued large scale defense proposals being considered for funding. I am open to new experiences and adapting to current and new challenges utilizing outside the box thinking and problem solving skills.
