My Career has awarded me experience in the areas of automotive technology, graphic design, customer service, printer technician, product demonstrations, digital art, personnel management, employee training and quality control coordination. Recently I have been working for BMW and Mercedes Benz of Columbia as a Product Concierge / BMW genius. In my current position I am tasked with product demonstrations, customer service and the initial configuration of new vehicles. My position focuses on customer satisfaction so being current on all new technical developments in the ever-changing automotive industry is the only way to be successful. The benefit of being a product genius is having a general knowledge base that aids in providing product training to all employees and customers. This job has given me the opportunity to be a multifaceted resource for all departments. In previous employment opportunities I have managed the office at Cintas along with servicing the customers in our area as a Service Sales Representative. My time with Cintas gave me with a chance to fine tune my customer service skills while managing the Accounts Receivable department. That experience prepared me for the tough customer service situations that can only be fixed with confidence through preparation and a professional voice. I believe that knowledge of the product and being a good listener are the crucial ingredients to be successful in all professions. The various job duties over the course of my career consist of customer service, accounts receivable, safety compliance, production coordinator and general office computer work. These duties have molded me into a efficient, professional team player that wants to succeed through hard work and dedication.The last few years have given me valuable occupational experience managing various customer personalities. I know the value of coming to work prepared. I believe that listening to the customers wants and needs while being able to efficiently answer all questions is the highest priority.
