My responsibilities include:Managed a €6 million contract with TDG Logistics and set up and reported on defined Key Performance Indicators for all of Nestle Ireland divisions (Confectionery, Beverage, Cereals, Pet Food and Chilled Products). Co-ordinated the inventory control process to ensure an efficient and cost effective operation. Led continual assessment projects covering customer service, controls and cost reduction liaising both internally with departmental managers and externally with suppliers and customers to improve Nestlé’s overall supply chain to support business excellence.Worked closely with Nestlé UK colleagues to ensure the operation of an efficient and cost effective supply chain and had responsibility for Nestlé’s traceability process and management of product recall procedures.
