Primary interface between clients and this exclusive builder of high-end homes ranging in price from $1 to $3.5 million. Role with each client was to develop their trust and respect, provide exceptional customer service, and work closely with them on all aspects of their home build. Internal roles included reviewing the cost estimates and schedules for completeness and accuracy, hiring and managing up to 30 trades and 100 people, ensuring efficiency of labor to bring project in at or below budget and on time, and serving as the Corporate Safety Manager for OSHA compliance.

Coordinated with general contractors on high-profile projects averaging $50 million overall, supervised commercial projects ranging $1-3 million, developed and tracked a system of efficiency and accountability for employees, developed budgets, schedules, and change orders.

Developed cost estimates for intricate projects including parks, sports complexes, and new developments for the nation's largest landscape development company with jobs averaging $1 million, trained new estimators on in-house software, organized and led pre-bid construction meetings, worked closely with subcontractors to ensure understanding of outsourced elements.
