The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Control Room Management (CRM) regulatory compliance. The primary duty is facilitating the Enterprise's Eastern Operations Houston Control Center's Management of Change process (MOC) through the Micro Focus's Team Track application. Recently given the additional responsibility as Enterprise's Houston Control Center's local administrator for the Team Track application. Responsibilities include investigation and researching project information to develop detailed operating procedures. The Compliance Coordinator will ensure the Controller has procedures and receives training for all current operations and for all future operations, prior to implementation of any change affecting them. This individual will also be a training resource to users of the MOC (TeamTrack) process and tool.Essential Job Functions:1. Ensure CRM compliance for all changes in procedures and training prior to implementation of new operations.2. Maintain detailed records of all MOC\TeamTrack training3. Assist in maintaining the CRM manual 4. Periodically audit the HCC for compliance with the CRM manual5. Develop and maintain up to date detailed operation specific operating procedures.6.
