Directs a collegiate-level officer training program for 40 cadets while chairing, and instructing in, the Department of Aerospace Studies as the Professor of Aerospace Studies. Detachment 128 trains cadets from the University of Delaware, Delaware State University, Wilmington University, and Delaware Technical Community College.

Plans, organizes, and executes test plans for new systems on the E-11A prior to operational release.

Leads 31-person test team conducting operational test & evaluation for for B-2, B-52, B-21 and classified programs worth $78B. Directs operations, maintenance & engineering personnel, while maintaining instructor pilot qualifications. Manages $74.7M test budget and provides bomber test expertise to influence Air Force sustainment planning. Finally, informs senior DoD & AF decision makers on test results in order to assist in acquisition milestone decisions.Responsible for testing on B-52H Commercial Engine Modernization, B-52H Radar Modernization, and other bomber test programs.Flew the B-52H in the first ever live airborne launch of the AGM-181 Long Range Range Off Weapon. Also participated in flight testing of the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon hypersonic missile and other hypersonic programs

As the Wing Data Link manager, I act as data link system expert and coordinate data link requirements, funding, standards, training, and employment strategies. While maintaining $34.4M of equipment and leading 8 unit reps in coordinating $1.2B avionics program.Tested and fielded cutting edge inflight datalink communication systems for the B-52H. Then founded the Wing Datalinks Center for Excellence. The center is used a hub for communicating with aircraft worldwide while providing real world training for military aircraft utilizing the live virtual construct model.
