Brian Naiser has 30 years of experience and knowledge in the managed health care industry directing the account management teams, sales, service, marketing, retention, client and vendor relationships. He is a former SWBA board member and sits on BCBSTX and Navitus Health Solutions’ national account council and forum. As Associate Director,Health and Benefits Services Department for the Texas Association of Counties Health and Employee Benefits Pool (TAC HEBP). Brian is responsible for new business, retention and renewals for TAC HEBP, which covers more than 230 groups and 48,000 lives. He is responsible for the account management and wellness teams, program development and vendor relations. In his prior position as DVP of Government Accounts for BCBSTX, his book of business included more than 1.2 million members. Brian's account management teams serviced the State of Texas (Employees Retirement System of Texas - ERS), Teachers Retirement System (TRS ActiveCare), University of Texas System, Texas A&M University System, Texas Health Insurance Pool, Texas Association of Counties, City of Houston, City of Garland and Student Health Insurance.
