Brian Nakamura is a Senior Vice President level Investment Advisor at the Mogharebi Group. Prior to transitioning to Investment Advisory, Brian started with TMG in 2015 as the Marketing/Operations Manager. Over his tenure, he has been an integral part of closing over $2 billion in multifamily investments, in excess of 15,000 units, including Market Rate, Affordable Housing (LIHTC/Project Based HAP), Student, Senior, and Ground Leases. He has extensive connections in the investment community and knowledge in handling complex transactions. Prior to joining TMG, Brian began his career working for an affordable housing development firm and has since transitioned into sales, marketing, and operations on both the debt and equity sides. Brian graduated with degree in Business Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
