We achieved significant diplomatic milestones, including crucial engagements that shaped the USMCA Free Trade Agreement and bolstered bilateral defense and security ties, exemplifying my commitment to impactful and collaborative governance.Today, I'm giving back to the Foreign Service by leading efforts to train senior diplomats to shoulder greater responsibilities and leadership opportunities as Consul General, Deputy Chief of Mission, Chargé d'Affaires, or Ambassador.
