The Community Liaison/ Sales & Marketing Rep - Home Care is a key position within the company is responsible for increasing Medicare and Managed Care admissions for our home health agency. The Community Liaison/ Sales & Marketing Rep - Home Care liaison will develop and implement both business-building and relationship-building strategies for identified profitable services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Work, Dietitian, and Certified Nursing AidesThe Community Liaison/ Sales & Marketing Rep for Home HealthCare is expected to generate appropriate patient referrals/admissions from customers and continue to grow the number of referrals/admissions over time by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources. Key referral sources include physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital personnel, including but not limited to case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources. The liaison will actively establish and maintain market awareness, acceptance and branding of the company as The Agency of Choice throughout our local service area. He/she will represent our company and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner and maintain standards of high quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.

Working at TriVita taught me a true value of customer service while helping others of all different backgrounds and ages.
