Worked alone as an instructor and as section lead of the Tactical Skills section. Developed original courses for civilian law enforcement like“Mission Planning for Law Enforcement”, “Military Leadership for Law Enforcement”, and “Critical Thinking for New Criminal Analysts”. These courses were based on military doctrine but were then modified to best meet the training needs of the civilian law enforcement officers. Taught over 1,000 hours worth of classes to more than 1,500 civilian law enforcement officers from federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement in 11 states and 2 U.S. territories. Taught the first courses ever delivered to American Samoa, Saipan, and the Quinault Indian Tribe.
