Utilized past experience in sales marketing and purchasing to set up infrastructure focused on kitting and sourcing hygiene and educational products targeted at customers with Federal funding for homeless, migrant and foster students.

Responsible for forecasting, buying, product testing/review and inventory control for two sales programs. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (ERP) with an integrated WMS system. Leveraged multiple vendors in meeting best costs on the Teacher Tailored and Kits for Kidz programs with over 2,700 SKU’s. Maintained minimum inventory levels and headed special order projects. Created purchase orders and monitored tracking. Weekly co-lead in production and demand planning meetings with sales and warehouse directors. Involved in quarterly inventory audits. Worked daily with backorder reports and BOM assembly. Analyzed and oversaw 80 yearly direct import floor loaded containers.

Assists independently owned and operated c-stores and gas stations with inventory management by providing top selling items in various product categories. Identifies new needs and maintains the Eby-Brown order process.
