Brian currently serves on the Home Central Operations team for Sales Enablement of VHI, within the Sales Planning & Operations Organization. He supports National Branded Distribution in driving execution, new program/product launches and overseeing operations associated with large scale cross-channel initiatives for VHI. Here he is able to leverage his executive relationship building skills as well as data driven decision making to provide expert level support in progress towards our broadband goals. Prior to this role Brian helped to scale the new Client Executive team for Verizon Enhanced Communities in the Portland Metropolitan area. He worked to build partnerships with local multi dwelling units and drove omni-channel sales performance, retention and customer satisfaction. While excelling in these areas, he also assisted in ideating new strategic ways of working.Brian is a champion of strategy and collaboration both with peers, partners, and external stakeholders to provide a first-class experience for our customers, all while using skills in analytics and business intelligence to continue to enable growth in the HR&O team. He began his career as a Solutions Specialist in Tallahassee, and after subsequent roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately led the largest volume retail location in the country in Warner Robins, Georgia. He brings extensive experience leading teams in Verizon Consumer Group - Retail Sales as well as piloting new channels such as Retail Express. Overall, Brian has enjoyed over 9 years of working with Verizon, striving to develop himself and others.Outside of work Brian loves spending time outdoors in the beautiful PNW with his fiancé and their golden retriever, as well as exercising and traveling.Brian holds both his MBA with concentration in Marketing and BS in Business from Florida State University.
