Securing major contracts in England, Wales and Scotland - the business quickly established a reputation for quality, service delivery using professional, well trained operatives and the latest survey equipment & jetting vehicles. During this time GUS (Asia) Limited was set up in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur to undertake large multi disciplined drainage contracts for local government departments in HK and Indah Water a newly formed water company in Malaysia. From these offices contracts were also delivered in Singapore, Taiwan and India. During this period contracts were also secured by GUS (UK) Ltd with the US Navy's North Atlantic Fleet when we were contracted to undertake drainage network cleaning and surveys at European Naval Air Stations including Sigonella in Sicily and Rota Southern Spain.
