I am responsible for one of the UK's largest NHS Trusts on a day to day basis. My primary goal is the development of the account to agreed SLA and KPI's ensuring total customer satisfaction across the multiple portfolio of hospital sites.

I was responsible for circa 300 accounts across a broad portfolio of business types including Starbucks, Nando's, JD Wetherspoon, HC One, Four Seasons, Carluccio's and many others.Responsible for margin growth, budget spend, up and cross selling, account gap analysis and achieving pre-determined sales targets. Weekly reporting to Regional Manager on account activity and recording Day Plan Visits and Hygiene Service Reports on the company CRM system.

Responsible for circa 200 accounts in HORECA (additional responsibilities within healthcare and ambulances) ranging from large multi-site accounts to small accounts and independant operators including high profile names including Ocado, BET365, East Midlands Trains and JCB.The role was 100% customer focused and covered a number of crucial areas including being the 1st point of contact for all customers, managing expectations, their enquiries and complaints including resolutions.Ensuring a regular stream of existing business is generated and maintained whilst seeking new business revenue to achieve agreed profit targets. Build, maintain and record an accurate pipeline of potential new business from my account portfolio as well as maintaining accurate customer records on the company CRM system, monitor competitor activity and report and provide Chemical Training (COSHH and H&S) for all users.Additional responsibilities for a number of healthcare and ambulance providers with a variety of specialisms including NEPTS, PTS, WVAS, HDU and frontline. Clients include NHS and private providers including London Ambulance Service, North West Ambulance, NSL and ERS.The role was 100% customer focused and covered a number of critical areas including point of contact, enquiries and CQC compliance. Delivering non-clinical IPC training, deep and daily cleaning training on all vehicle types, vehicle preparation and make ready systems. Advising on Outcome 8/Regulation 12 now 5 Key Outcomes, CQC Guidance and Law, waste streams, Health and Social Care Act 2008, IPC protocols/systems/processes. Delivering IPC Audits and carrying out service calls for ATP testing purposes, recording test results and delivering comprehensive service reports.I would also carry out routine maintenance on dosing equipment, new site surveys, carry out installations in both premises and vehicles to ensure total compliance in all areas was achieved.

Working as part of the sales delivery team my role entailed being the first point of contact for all my customers on a selected delivery cycle.I would effectively manage their account and be the link between telesales and the customer. It was my role to upsell products face to face from the mobile showroom and ensure we got the full basket spend at every opportunity.I would deliver their products, carry out periodic and corrective maintenance, install dosing equipment, deliver staff training on COSHH and H&S. Completing customer orders in a timely manner and maintain targeted revenue figures as set by the sales manager.Within my role I was responsible for managing and running my own warehouse facility, this included stock management, journey planning, customer products requests and special item requisition.

I was responsible for securing new business against set targets and KPI’s for the Commercial Insurance Team. My role was to design and develop bespoke insurance related packages for clients including vehicle insurance, goods in transit, commercial liability and associated legal packages. Awarded Best Salesperson of the Year Award for 6 years and awarded Runner Up Best Salesperson of the Year Award for 3 years.
