About Brian N.

By the time I retired from the military, I had gained experiences of planning and managing several different types of projects while working in several different environments and at high operational tempos. I had interacted with and led literally thousands of people. Since retiring from the military, I have served as the Prime Contractor's Project Manager overseeing an internal team while working closely with our Subcontractor on $23M+ in projects where we achieved profits as high as 24%. These projects applied the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model while using both Agile and Waterfall methodology in the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) items as per the Contract. My previous career provided 20 plus years in senior level management as a military leader. Some highlights are: Led diverse teams as large as 230 members in maintenance of six operational 737-800 (P-8) aircraft; Senior Program Manager to 1,900 military employees; ensured compliance of aviation maintenance programs in support of 91 H-60 helicopters and provided problem solving in high tempo, high risk environments; as a Training Manager, I've instructed more than 1,700 new employees, revised several organization lesson plans, and decreased wait times for employees awaiting specialized training by 30%. Education includes a B.S. in Management of Technical Operations, PMI certified Project Manager Training, FAA Part 65 Airframe and Powerplant license, Green Belt trained, VMWare Cloud trained, and multiple other leadership and technical schools.Awarded for leadership, volunteerism, civic involvement, and philanthropy.
