I am a Director of Perks with over 30 years’ experience in my field. During this time, I have worked for one of the ‘big four’ and as a Tax Director for a national mid-tier accounting firm, joining Perks in 2000. My client-focused approach, coupled with my specialist tax consulting background, enables me to provide practical and commercially solid tax outcomes to my clients. My particular strengths include advising in areas such as tax effective corporate restructuring, tax structuring for professional practices, small business CGT concessions, employee share schemes, GST and property transactions. In addition, I head up the Perks Health Advisory Team. My clients include medical, dental and allied health professionals and practices and I am well positioned to advise on the taxation and financial issues that are unique to the health sector. My work is constantly challenged by the increasingly complex and changing tax landscape in which we operate, however my solid expertise, coupled with an active capacity as a member of the Tax Institute State Council, allows me to remain abreast of these ever-present changes and to transfer the benefits of this on to my clients.
