• Provided support with inspections, investigations, preparation of technical reports and development of solutions both individually and as a member of a team such as the development of a placement strategy for the Forestfield-Airport Link project waste material (FAL material), used in the bulk earthworks phase for the Kenwick Freight Facility (KFF) project.• Utilised ArcGIS pro to map proposing exploratory hole locations and development of a geotechnical investigation scope. For example, in the Midland Station and Inner Armadale Level Crossing Removal and Byford Rail Extension (BRE) projects, I did this to enable procurement of Geotechnical Investigation services.• Aided with the collection of information and reporting from sites. For example, I analysed Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) test results to determine the strength and bearing capacity of the FAL material and identified embankment foundation areas in KFF site that needed corrective actions. I also participated in a Quality Assurance process for the KFF using Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs) to check for non-conformance to earthworks specification.• Reviewed designs to ensure adherence to codes of practice, safety standards and industry standards. For example, I reviewed 15% geotechnical design for Yanchep Rail Extension and provided comments to inform any discrepancies.• Assisted with reviews, development and application of standards, codes of practice, technical specifications and drawings. For example, I assisted in the development of the PTA geotechnical investigation specification and provided sketches to clarify PTA rail collision design specification.• Carried out design to comply with Civil Engineering design principles and codes.• Assisted in the coordination and supervision of site activities.
