Service Advisor
Manage customer inquiries by phone or in person;Determine service, maintenance or diagnostic needs based on customer complaint or description, and source all parts needed to perform repairs;Provide an accurate and prioritized estimate for all service needs;Manage inventory of supplies, along with all shop documentation and customer invoices;Maintain an extremely high level of customer satisfaction/retention;Follow up with customers after service to ensure services provided were to their expectations or beyond;Dispatch and manage repair order/ vehicle repairs.
