Experienced Manager within the Private members environment. After a number of years within the golf club environment, a move into the horological industry has given me the opportunity to use honed management skills to rejuvenate this Clock & Watch training establishment, and add auxiliary businesses to the vast building which houses the institute and museum. Having taken over the helm in 2016, by the end of 2017 the Institute recorded its most successful financial results, aided by improving the exposure and opportunities for public, which grew year upon year, including the fabulous distance leaning course which showed unprecedented sales during lockdown. Retired in September 2022. Returned to temporary position as General Manager at Newark Golf Club, where I started my golfing adventure as a youngster. To be continued……
