Provide comprehensive relationship management to locally held companies and entrepreneurs which includes depository and treasury services, as well as providing access to capital for working capital, fixed assets and real estate purposes. Responsible for managing commercial relationships within the Greater Richmond Metropolitan area. This included providing businesses access to capital for real estate, equipment, inventory or working capital through debt structures as well as servicing cash management and treasury services needs.

Responsible for managing client relationships within the Commercial Bank. Managing relationships includes offering credit, depository and treasury managment solutions to small to mid-sized commercial businesses.

Led several large retail branch teams throughout the Richmond area to successful performance of operations, customer service and sales growth. Responsibilities included leading shoulder to shoulder in a high stress, high transaction volume environment by deploying structured and 'on the spot' coaching. The day to day workload included scheduling, problem resolution, staffing decisions, managing budgets and cash levels, managing loan originations and deposit accounts for consumer and small business clients, while insuring sound regulatory and risk mitigation performance by tellers, relationship bankers and assistant managers.
