Small and large molecule regulated and non-regulated bioanalysis has defined my career. I built a successful quantitative analysis group from scratch and developed and oversaw small molecule and top-down/bottom-up protein biomarker quantification using mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and kit-based immunoassay techniques (MSD, colorimetric plate readers, flow cytometry, diagnostic analyzers, etc.) to support quantitative active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), metabolite, companion diagnostic (CDx), and mechanism of action (MOA) studies in regulated (e.g., FDA, EMA, MHLW, DHHS CLIA, and ICH) and nonregulated environments. I’ve managed client relationships, quoting, and contracting (e.g., CDAs, NDAs, MSAs, POs, etc.) throughout my entire 23-year career and have successfully hired and trained hundreds of employees and managed up to 45 top-notch employees at one time. I’m a hands-on contributor who rolls up my sleeves to fill resource gaps and meet organizational objectives.
