Broadband Product Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities •Plan, implement and deliver product developments in accordance with the market sponsors and as per product roadmap.•Develop in conjunction with Product Management a compelling business case for introduction of new products that secures the required capital and operational investments through the product development process.•Lead project teams to design/agree technical platform, overlay operational process, apply systems changes to deliver commercial propositions to match customer and business requirements.•Lead in the resolution of project jeopardies with relevant business/supply areas and programme management to ensure requirements are managed promptly and efficiently. •Management of stakeholders throughout project, maintaining the support of all supply areas to facilitate successful project delivery. •Work with programme management to assess feasibility and respond to market requests for new product developments as received via market requirement document.•Deliver hand over of the developed products to product management.•Manage integration of third parties into eircom activities.

Business Analyst Key Roles & Responsibilities•Successfully led on the development and deployment of broadband contract functionality across a range of internal systems in March 2008. This allowed eircom to contract customers with broadband service and reduce customer churn. •Led on the deployment of an internal broadband extranet site that was introduced to allow senior management across eircom to track delivery of on-going broadband projects, introduced July 2009. •Successfully led on development and deployment of early cease reasons to our broadband ordering process for both sales channels and reporting models. This allowed the business to deliver more refined propositions to customers based on their cease reasons and improve customer service were it was identified as a reason for ceasing broadband service. •Managed system change projects through the eircom governance process from requirements gathering, through to business case approval and delivery. •Responsible for gathering the broadband department’s requirements with regards to development of systems to support broadband products, processes or proposition changes. •Ensured that any company system improvements being delivered had no impact on broadband customers or the delivery/support of broadband services. •Responsible for ensuring all internal information regarding broadband service and propositions were up to date for sales and service support personnel.

Broadband Product Executive Key Roles & Responsibilities •Compile weekly directorate reports documenting Sales, Operations, Support and Networks updates.•Analysis and investigation of specific issues arising from weekly reports, putting measures in place to address issues identified.•Ongoing maintenance of sales model to support reporting and other information requirements•Maintenance of forecasting model and forecasting requirements to Wholesale product management and Operations.•Responsible for maintaining product information and the integrity of this information in relevant systems. •Support product audits (revenue assurance, regulatory etc) as per agreed methodology on a quarterly basis.•Undertake/ support the management of projects to increase product profitability and granularity of reporting.•Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product development in driving new product requirements to market.•Provide detailed intelligence on product drivers, market drivers, and process compliance•Periodically meet with market directors, commercial, marketing and member of the Broadband team to establish future informational requirements.
