• Responsible for generating and/or compiling a variety of reports for end-users, which may include reports for multiple sites, utilizing both internal and end-user data and eliminating any impertinent data. • Responsible for ensuring that all reports are prepared in accordance with strict timelines and in a format that is familiar to all users. • Retrieve and utilize information from the accounting system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012), recommend and manage the development of report using Crystal Report.

• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.• Install, configures and disengage assigned application as advised by the company. Handling process installation, administration and maintenance and end-user training.• Conducts interviews, surveys and other data gathering and validation procedures on existing business process of client in order to surface their requirements for the company’s product and service lines.• Develop recommendation based on existing best practices on the application of required business processes for client organizations.• Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.• Providing off-site and on-site technical support to clients. Attending to inquiries and complaints received from client organization. Providing project status updates to client.• Handles pre- and post-training preparation and the provision of required logistics for training programs extended to client organizations; undertakes the delivery of training programs of one’s clients.• Completing all project-related documentations such as project summaries, system documentation, financial performance reporting, etc.• To provide customize reports based on Client’s requirement using Crystal Report and SQL Query

Responsible for encoding data utilizing the company's software tools and in reference to production manuals and special instructions per project.• Working with deadlines for various Projects hence I will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of assigned projects which complexity may vary from time to time.
