• Working closely with other business departments to understand their business objective and data needs to ensure that data analytics is used to its fullest potential to achieve the company’s set goals. • Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization and assigning tasks to other analysts.• Monitoring and ensuring that data collection across various tools are accurate, adequate and legitimate.• Communicating with management regularly to share updates on projects and ensure they are on track.• Support Kasha’s leadership team by monitoring company-level strategic objectives and key results to identify high-level areas needing improvements.

• Analysing and automating recurring reports on google data studio and currently power bi.• Preparing quarterly reports to the leadership team and investors.• Working closely with the data engineering team to ensure that data accuracy is at 100% and also ensuring that relevant data are captured.• Analysing and reporting to data related ad hoc requests from all business teams.• Using raw data to report insights to the business so as to solve business problems.• Working with the business teams to track progress, measure success and track KPIs for newly launched products.

• Business Intelligence.• Enable internal teams to monitor and track their key performance indicators (KPIs).• Develop, design and support automated reports with Tableau dashboards.• Respond to data requests from various internal departments as needed to drive business value.• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.• Develop and drive analytical work streams that will directly lead to significant revenue generation and/or cost reduction.• Identify the root cause of data trends and outliers.• Contribute to data policy development and regulation.• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.

• Drive for expansion of revenue and volume from existing and newly acquired merchants.• Merchant retention for newly-acquired and the existing merchants.• Merchant re-branding and re-training.• Up-selling of Value Added Services to the merchants.• Generating leads/referrals from existing merchants.• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how products meet merchants’ needs.• Upgrading of merchants from one segment to another.
