I am responsible for expediting permits, compliance with all local, state, and federal codes, review of blueprints, specifications, product design and shop drawings, estimating, contract negotiations, cost projections, scheduling, submittal process, material deliveries, RFI development, tracking and resolution, punch lists, and the management and supervision of all subcontractors. (Union and non-union) Responsible for all SWPPP and EPA inspections and upkeep. Responsible for OSHA compliance and complete job safety needs. Responsible for all weekly safety, subcontractor, and owner - A/E meetings. I have a strong attention to detail, with a very positive attitude. I have great communication skills with the ability to handle highly stressful situations, making complicated projects run smoothly and efficiently. I am always striving to improve my knowledge.
