My mission revolves around catalyzing the transformation and rapid expansion of a venerable African institution, ensuring it continues to deliver sustainable value for both stakeholders and shareholders alike.At the forefront, I enable Business & Supply Chain Strategy Development, focusing on optimizing Network Capacity Planning encompassing production of existing and innovative formats, importation, warehousing, and primary distribution. My role extends to evaluating necessary investments in these facilities to meet the evolving needs of our business.In addition, I lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary team tasked with accurately forecasting and fulfilling the future demand for our current products and innovations. By leveraging business insights and deploying resources and investments strategically within the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process framework, we ensure seamless alignment with our organizational objectives.

My role involved spearheading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process & Policy Leadership for Supply Chain Management across the Coca-Cola Beverages Africa's Kenyan bottling operations.I provided strategic guidance and oversaw the management of Planning and Supply Chain activities to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of demand, optimized working capital, and offered insights for financial planning and management required for investment planning and budgeting. My responsibilities encompassed various aspects, including New Product Development, Demand Management, Inventory & Capacity Planning, Supply Planning (covering production, raw materials, and returnable packaging), as well as Inbound and Outbound Supply Logistics Planning (involving import goods, warehouse management, and export sales).

In this role, I led the Coca-Cola OE (Lean Six Sigma) and TPM (Total Productive Management) Programs within multifunctional teams. My responsibilities were centered on successful policy deployment, culture transformation, productivity enhancement, and performance reporting.I was responsible for coaching and upskilling different levels within the organization in the methodologies required for successful implementation of the programs. Over the course of my work in this area, I was able to establish a sustainable program that delivered considerable value to the business.

In this role, I managed Groundwater and Renewable Energy Systems Sales & Projects for the prominent water-related technical services business in East Africa. This encompassed various aspects such as water extraction and boosting, water distribution, and electrical power systems.My responsibilities included business development, overseeing key accounts, project management and providing clients with advisory services on groundwater and renewable energy systems. I tracked and managed performance while nurtured long-term customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
