• Performed Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for Applied Materials Etch Tools such as DPS Chambers and Super E and LAM Alliance Tools such as 4520XL, 9400PTX, 9400DSIE and Exelan
• Ensured proper passdown with all processes / hardware details and action taken, clearly listed inside the TPMC and Passdown report
• Ensured use of Safety PPE and follow on all Safety and hazards procedures and protocol, eg LOTO
