Thin Film Cvd Equipment Engineer
Current Perform shift duties including night shift and act as a primary contact for Equipment related concerns to process and Manufacturing team Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM), Calibration and troubleshooting of Thin Film CVD Tools such as DxZ Centura, HDP Centura and Producer Responsible to maintain required uptime and performance of each Tool group during Shift Troubleshoot and upgrade of Equipment ensuring minimize downtime Establish work procedures, corrective actions and preventions Define critical inline spare parts and Maintain spare quantity on hand Participate in continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to the team to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives Gathering data and performing Engineering analysis using SPC and RTM to troubleshoot Tools to help optimize Equipment robustness Ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab Provide on the job training to Technicians and Junior Engineers Performing quality inspection and testing during start-up of CVD Tool
