Today I work mostly based on strategic approaches around quality seen from the broad perspective. Based many years of experience in many aspects of Enterprise IT development I suggest concepts around looking ad quality as an asset and not as something to test for. Main one liners that that describes my profile today. - Built in quality- Securing quality in the entire development process. - Test automation for efficiency and automatic build pipelines for eliminating human mistakes. - Do things right first time. Today I am working as director ad Edlund. Lately my career did hold The role as Department Manager in the unit DEVOPS&TEST. An area which are a part of BEC’s TechUP vision. Before joining BEC I had the responsibility for the Automation Services at Capgemini (incl. how to do developer- and technical-test smarter). I am a special leader profile, which combine different leader styles in combination with professional knowledge and let people grow their own potential. I have been involved in management and strategy work since 2008 My positions typically holds many roles incl. delivery manager, sales support, bit-writing, assignment matchmaking, and technical test solution architect, hiring and personality analysis and logic test. But also Test Advisor with background in my long test consultant role. Especially my deep knowledge in test automation, test management and business strategy approach is my strong-hold. Previously I have also handled other areas like analysis, process optimization, CCM, release management and off-shoring. I have been involved in very many projects and have a very broad test knowledge with in many technologies and domains (work with 120+ client cases). Specialties: Hiring, Building professional test team. Test Automation architect (expert), Team management, technical and complex functional testing, TDD, Safe, TPI, TMap, (RUP), ISTQB terms and are ISTQB certified advanced test manager. Test method expert. Good at making the right test strategy covering what it should in agile, hybrid or any other context. Tool specialist including knowledge around a lot of tools.
