As the Manager of Global Retail Technology Innovation at Tapestry, I design, implement, and optimize software and hardware solutions for the global retail operations of the company. With over 18 years of experience in the retail technology industry, I have a passion for finding new and creative ways to leverage technology to enhance customer experience, increase efficiency, and drive growth.In my previous role as a Senior Analyst at Coach, I contributed to several significant projects that improved the performance and functionality of the retail systems and applications. I also supported the integration and migration of data and processes across different platforms and brands. I have extensive knowledge and skills in Aptos POS, Microsoft Intune, and Apple, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools that can help me deliver innovative and effective solutions.In my spare time, I manage, admin and run a Facebook page dedicated to Legoland NY. Made by a fan, for the fans! In the last 3 years, I have learned many social media skills, keeping up with postings and everything that goes on producing content, including Instagram and YouTube. It’s been a passion of mine.
