Lead the development and managed the Process Based Management (PBM) engineering process improvement plan, process and procedure integration and coordination with both internal and external Boeing teams and the Defense Contractor Management Administration (DCMA) Process teams. Over saw 4 years of the C-17 program ISO AS9100 as well as DCMA audits and issue resolution evaluations achieving a zero finding performance threshold.
