Business Process Architectural Development for Manufacturing Engineering and coordination of those business processes with Product Design Engineering as well as Manufacturing Operations, Quality and Supplier Management. Leading the development of a single approach to the performance of Producibility and Build Design Analysis implementing effective Design for Manufacturing / Assembly (DFMA) methodologies across the Boeing Company. Subject Matter Expert and voting team member on the Boeing Capability Model development team.Work with key stakeholders, lead multiple teams of Subject Matter Experts evaluating and consolidating methods and processes for Mfg. Bill of Material (MBOM) management and build plan achieving an 80% leaner and efficient Manufacturing Engineering business model. Consolidated and authored Boeing corporate level engineering business processes and procedures that are aligned to top level policies on effective Producibility, build analysis and risk mitigation practices reducing the foot print from over 73 processes down to a “Lean” 8 procedures which are applicable to all Boeing programs. Leading a team of Subject Matter Experts in the analysis, deployment and integration of newly deployed Department of Defense (DOD) requirement addressing Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) criteria ensuring future Boeing Defense program acquisition.
