I started my high-end remodeling business in Indianapolis during the Great Recession and found a true passion for transforming the homes of many wonderful clients over the years. As the economy improved, I noticed many businesses, including my own, struggling to find labor resources to keep projects on schedule and learned that several businesses were also turning down work because they were unable to find workers to accomplish it.
