I’m Brian Lucas Onyango, and my journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence in marketing and business development. My story began in 2017 when I completed my education with a passion for driving business success through creative strategies and a deep understanding of market dynamics.In 2020, alongside a group of like-minded visionaries, I co-founded Africa Headways, where I took on the roles of Head of Marketing, Business Development Head, and Digital Manager. My focus was clear: to transform how businesses engage with their audiences in an increasingly digital world. Our efforts bore fruit as we crafted cutting-edge marketing solutions that propelled our clients toward unprecedented growth.But my journey didn’t stop there.In 2024, after years of working as a subsidiary under Africa Headways, I saw an opportunity to take our vision further. I spearheaded the launch of Africa Headways Business Solutions (AHBS) as an independent entity, with a mission to redefine marketing and Executive Assistant service provision. As CEO, I am driven by a belief that businesses can achieve more when they have the right support systems in place. Our goal at AHBS is to empower organizations by providing them with top-tier marketing services and exceptional Executive Assistants who enable them to focus on what they do best.Leadership, for me, is about more than just making decisions—it's about inspiring a team to push boundaries, embrace challenges, and continuously innovate.
