Direct, develop and instruct Quality Construction training courses for LOGCAP III Personnel Theater-wide. Courses are designed to train personnel with no prior construction quality experience with basic construction quality principles.Courses also provide students with some of the basic codes and standards within the civilian construction industry as well.
