With over a decade of experience in value stream management, I am enthusiastic about leading high-performing teams to meet critical demands for medical device manufacturing. I have a strong background in new product implementations, materials management, and project management, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. My passion is improving processes and performance using lean and other tools. I believe in lean as an operating system, not just an improvement tool. I joined TE Connectivity in Feb 2022 as a Value Stream Manager, where I was responsible for overseeing the extrusions team. Within weeks my role expanded to include braiding, annealing, and grinding operations for surgical catheter production. I expanded my role again to include the operations of the new product implementation team and was promoted to the Manager II position.
