I maintained control of the project scope and coordinated the review and approval of HAZOP action items and deviations to company engineering practices. I improved the design of the front end treating vessels to provide diluent flexibility and optimized the configuration of the gas processing/vapour recovery units which reduced the totalled installed cost by $17million.
