Leading the CRM team made up of 3 local members and 2 offshore members. Job requires scheduling of tasks for daily operational tasks and also tasks related to on-going projects for business and operational requirements.Assistance to team members on systems that are owned by team in order to make sure that the correct decisions are taken for the benefit for both company and team operation.Current systems owned vary as follows:- CRM: Siebel 8.1.1.8 with eComms, CTI Integration and Order Management; Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g running Weblogic Servers for SOA and OSB;- All provisioning flows for Vodafone Malta services and Local number portability system including integration with all other Maltese telecoms operators;- Application Servers - Apache Tomcat, IIS administration ;- OS: Win2003 , Win2008, Win2012, OEL Linux 5.8;- DB: Oracle 11g/12c schema objects, MSSQL2008/2012 data administration;- VoIP servers: Call Centre platform behind F5 Load-balancers;- Applications: java applications including web services and daemons built on jax-ws used by internal users to service customers and provisioning;- Scripting: Bash and PL/SQL.

Application Servers - Apache Tomcat, IIS administration ;OS - Windows2003, Solaris10 with clustering, CentOS, OEL Linux;DB - Oracle 10g schema objects, MySql and MSSQL2008 data administration;VoIP servers - Asterisk administration and Contact centre;Scripting - Bash and some PL/SQL;Applications - java applications including web services and daemons on jax-ws;CRM - Siebel;All provisioning flows and Local number portability system including integration with other Maltese telecoms operators

Monitoring and providing 1st level support 24/7 on Vodafone Malta network including Radio, Core, IP and IT networks

As a student worker, worked with the technician's team at one of the biggest ISP in Malta to offer 1st line monitoring and administration of a couple of tasks including daily backups on systems, installation of OS on servers, monitoring graphs, on-site installation of new Internet services for consumers, initiating troubleshooting of faults handed over to Technical team for 2nd line support. Had also 3 month experience as a customer care officer handling customer complaints.
