Starting as a Laboratory Phlebotomist in 1995, I have been fortunate enough to have always had excellent managers who have recognized my skills and potential for growth. I have worked as Phlebotomy Manager, Practice Manager for the Department of Family Medicine, Operations Manager at one of our larger satellites, and currently as Facilities Manager. As Facilities Manager, I currently oversee all construction and renovation projects at any Clinic owned properties. This includes planning, design development, submission of Request for Proposals, and complete construction coordination. I also have developed a skill in AutoCAD, allowing us to go from concept to completed construction with increased accuracy of communication between all parties involved. Additionally I manage and coordinate with our Facility related contractors in multiple trades.It continues to be a privilege to work at such a great organization.

While with Marion General Hospital, I was able to gain experience in a handful of disciplines, including Materials Management, Housekeeping / Floor Maintenance, Laboratory Phlebotomist, and Protective Services Officer.As a Protective Services Officer, I underwent external training for Healthcare Safety and Security, as well as Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Indiana Private Security Certification, as well as lethal and less-than-lethal use of force training through the Grant County Sheriff's Department.
