▪ Starts up and Programs Allen Bradley controls components and HMI's for individual stations on differential gear assembly lines.▪ Sets up communication and specifying data to be exchanged over Ethernet IP between stations on an assembly line.▪ Installs and troubleshoots line on customer site both station by station and remotely in real time via Ethernet IP.

 Manages software design and hardware components for controls upgrades for multiple high-end, large-capacity presses and associated automation utilizing RSLogix 5000 and other controls software.  Handles full design of a Data Acquisition system using Beckhoff modules and TwinCAT Programming including the software and the box. Holds position of Primary Electrical Installer/Troubleshooter for the Loadmaster System in North America. Responsible for preventive maintenance inspections and troubleshooting electrical and programming issues when a press or automation in production fails. Negotiates next steps regarding technical aspects of the scope of work. Responsible for managing tasks and projects within the scope of the determined requirements. Continually communicates with customers to manage expectations, determine needs, and redirect when necessary.  Created a base for an Operator’s Manual for a 250-ton mechanical press operated from HMI.
