I partner with many great people and companies to tell their stories through the power of podcasts. My tasks range from production to editing, mixing, mastering and assisting in the process of recording interviews, many times from remote locations. As part owner, I had the pleasure of helping build this recording studio and mix/master suite from the ground up; with top of the line gear: Neve, API, Manley and more. Mixed and mastered albums from artists including: Aqueduct, Michael Vermillion (Vendetta Red), Kimo Muraki (Tiny Messengers, Vance Joy, The Strumbellas), The First Times and so many more!

The Toy Box was a special and unique recording studio nestled in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, WA. It was a true musicians studio, a home away from home. I recorded and produced countless albums with acclaimed musicians including: Shawn Smith (Brad, Satchel), Grand Archives, Jon Auer (The Posies, Big Star) and Michael Schrieve (Santana) to name a few.

Music is my greatest passion and is what ultimately led me into the audio field. I began playing music in Bellingham, WA during the early-mid 90’s. I was 17 when my band Two If By Sea released our first album Heading West On Harris Ave, on Elsinor Records, alongside fellow labelmates Death Cab For Cutie.After arriving In Seattle I reunited with five friends and formed the band Spook The Horse. We released two albums and were part of Brenden Canty’s (Fugazi) DVD series, Burn To Shine. The Seattle edition of Burn To Shine also included: Eddie Vedder, Ben Gibbard, Harvey Danger, Dave Bazan, Jesse Sykes, The Blue Scholars and more.In 2007 I started a solo project called Lonesome Rhodes & The Good Company. The “company” was good...and plenty, a rotating cast of musicians I am honored to have had in my band. Folks like Michael Vermillion and Justin Cronk (Vendetta Red), Garrett Lunceford (The Divorce, Portugal The Man), Kimo Muraki (Tiny Messengers, Vance Joy, The Strumbellas) and a slew of others. Lonesome & Co. is proud to have shared stages with J. Tillman (Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty), Aqueduct, The Moondoggies and many more.I later played in the band With Friends Like These. We released one album, mixed by Barrett Jones (Nirvana, Foo Fighters) on the label Sound vs Silence.
