I work with North American business in a number of sectors to help analyze their Business Processes to see where if any benefit can be gained by outsourcing some if not all of their Human Capital.

I am responsible for the overall functioning of a wholesale distribution company as well as 2 satellite retail locations. From sourcing product, negotiating purchase pricing, volume discounts, terms of credit to managing our inbound./outbound freight and warehouse operations, I work to ensure both the integrity of the company and it's grosses. Business to business as well as retail floor sales.

During my tenure at Palethorpe & Dowling Ltd., I was charged with developing and managing the Western US sales territory. As a direct account manager, I bolstered sales and shipping channels throughout Washington & Oregon. I also was the company liaison for a satellite warehouse located in Pico Rivera, CA, that served the California, Nevada, and Arizona territories. I was responsible for sales initiatives and customer service channels for 7 independent sales agents that covered these territories. Among my duties was helping to organize and execute trade shows in various locations throughout the territory to promote the product and build redirect relationships with customers.
