Passionate and seasoned IT Business Relationship/Business Engagement Partner. Extensive experioence within the IT industry in a variety of roles and organisation from business analysis and business solution design, minor development, application support, development team and application management as overall organisational IT management. More commonly though, my primary roles have centred around business engagement/business relationship management and is a space in which I feel most effective.My broad experience in various roles has afforded me unique insights into the challenges, goals and operations of both business and technology groups and effectively bridge the gap in order to build cohesive and focussed partnership that delivers desired business benefits and outcomes.This requires close collaboration with business and technology partners to set up mutually agreed structures and disciplines to identify opportunities and assisting organisations what to pursue in order to maximise effective use of technology budget. This includes factoring business and technology strategic directions, tactical opportunities, mitigation of business and technology risks, process improvement, health and safety amongst other considerations.Work with technology and project management partners to translate identified opportunities in to costed, scheduled and approved portfolio of work for delivery by technology teams.Provide project delivery oversight of said initiatives to ensure original objectives and business desired outcomes are being managed appropriately.
