I led a 7-person Executive Team for the only Canadian school within a system of over 50 Art Institutes located throughout North America. I managed a College with ~1,500 students, 200+ faculty and staff. In addition, I managed the IT, Facilities and International departments.

In my role, I identified, developed and opened new schools across the US. I was responsible for recruiting, hiring and training the entire admissions and administrative staff. Over my 2 years, I managed admissions for the start-up of 6 new schools across the US, consistently achieving targeted student start plans.

Achieved “Presidents Club” status within EDMC for being among the top 10% of schools for year over year growth from 2005 - 2009. Developed 6 Senior Director/Directors of Admissions who were promoted to executive positions at other schools. Awarded National Newcomer of the Year for Admissions. Had the second highest enrollments in the country among all DeVry schools. Chosen to lead a smaller teams of 7 Admissions Reps. Top Representative 2 years in a row for the Columbus office
