My main focus at this position was making sure my sales numbers were 100% to goal. I worked directly with new hires and senior sales counselors on training them to be the next manager in the company. I was very successful with getting my personal sales up as well. I never lost sight of the big picture. I gained so much from helping people develop great healthy habits by going to the gym and achieving their personal goals. Customer service meant so much to me and it still does.
