As an evolution of the exhibition program at Full Circle, which he has managed and ran since 2012, Brian launched Catalyst Contemporary in April of 2019 to better serve artists' in the Baltimore-Washington Metro and Mid-Atlantic regions. Catalyst currently represents nearly twenty artists from Baltimore to Washington, and from Miami to Los Angeles. Despite the set backs of the pandemic that hit during its second year of operation, Brian has been able to host 19 in-person exhibitions and 26 online shows with such artists as renowned Venezuelan sculptor, Alberto Cavalieri and acclaimed National Geographic photographer, Erika Larsen. He is responsible for establishing a relationship with the artist estate of the late William Dutterer, hosting both a 2021 solo exhibition in-person ("A Lie Not a Wish") as well as a separate online exhibition ("Moron this later..."). His direction is to lead emerging and mid career artists to larger markets and collections and introduce younger collectors to art buying.

Fine Arts Baltimore is a partnership that seeks to enrich the visual arts cultural in the Mid-Atlantic US through the promotion of arts & cultural events. In 2025, FAB will host the third Baltimore Fine Art Print Fair. In 2022, at our inaugural fair we featured such successful galleries as Jim Kempner Fine Art, Flatbed Press, Center Street Studio, and Gemini GEL at Joni Weyl. FAB is currently partnered with Powerhouse Arts in Brooklyn, NY to present the first Brooklyn Fine Art Print Fair in March 2025.

For over three decades we have provided archival framing and printing, art reproduction and collection digitization, photographic lab services, and customized presentation services throughout the Mid-Atlantic and beyond.In May of 2016, Brian purchased Full Circle Ltd, where he had served as Managing Director for five years. With sights on the future of fine art services and archive digitization, we continue to offer the finest imaging, printing, and presentation services available. We are promote traditional imaging services and techniques while forging ahead with the latest in technological systems and contemporary practices.

As director of Full Circle, Ltd., Brian established new marketing and business objectives by focusing on the highest quality, archival production, creating more diverse services, and seeking new clients for a steady 20% sales increase annually for 4 consecutive years. Between 2011 and 2015, he worked steadfast to double revenue. With his leadership, Full Circle became the premier fine art services studio in the region With a primary drive to highlight the photographic work of regional artists, Brian created an exhibition and sales gallery that has hosted more than 80 shows over ten years. The gallery boosted revenue in multiple ways and increased the customer base. He was responsible for community engagement with organizations such as Wide Angle Youth Media, Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance, Station North Arts & Entertainment Inc. and others to partner on projects benefiting the creative-class in the metro region’s economy as well as the general arts culture in Baltimore.Operationally, he was personally responsible for all in house fine art & photographic production. This included both traditional and digital methods, art reproduction services, image processing and all presentation services. His specialty was in fine art, archival pigment and silver print editions. Brian oversaw the day to day operations of the studio including sales, customer service and relations, artwork finishing, finance, and business strategies.

Affiliate faculty teaching various levels of Graphic Design in the Department of Communications. Introducing students to Adobe Creative Suite as a tool for understanding basic and advanced concepts for contemporary graphic design projects.

From 1998-2002 and again from 2006 - 2008.Taught various levels of photography, graphic design, video, and animation. Developed a premier digital imaging department for high school students in the late 90's. Created a annual photo portrait project that took students throughout the city to meet fellow Baltimorians and tell their stories through images.

Brian initiated this position in 2004 to better facilitate communication between the residents, the board, the staff, and its executives. He held that roll form January 2004 through July 2005. With the creation of this position, the art center saw the residency program run more effectively, especially through both local and national public relation campaigns, fundraisers, and representation of the residents to the board. The portion is now critical to the operation of the AIR program at Mendocino, eighteen years later.
