I am an experienced Principal Service Manager with over 37 years in IT having worked in a number of Service Delivery Management and Senior Management roles.. I am an extremely professional individual with very strong communication skillsl. I am enthusiastic, self motivated, conscientious and reliable. A self-starter who accepts ownership and responsibility. A very determined individual who displays a professional and committed attitude to everything I do. I am strongly focused on delivery of service and customer satisfaction and someone who can make a difference through personal commitment and dedication. Customer facing - I get the job done. I took a Voluntary Separation package from IBM in June 2005 and commenced working for Siemens IT Services and Solutions in January 2006 which was subsequently taken over by Atos IT Solutions and Services in July 2011. I decided to take time out and left Atos at the end of June 2013
