Although I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey, I am first and foremost an Operations Manager at FedEx Ground, where I oversee the daily operations of a large package delivery facility. I have been working at FedEx Ground for over three years, advancing from a Package Handler to a Trainer, and then to an Operations Manager, demonstrating my skills in leadership, team building, and employee training.In my current role, I ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction by managing staff and resources, optimizing processes and systems, and collaborating with other managers and stakeholders. I am passionate about delivering excellence in every aspect of my role, and I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and to contribute to the mission and vision of FedEx Ground.
